President John F. Kennedy

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. Intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."

~President John F. Kennedy

This quote tells me that although being fit and working out is a role to having a healthy body, it is not the only one. We need to be healthy in all areas like spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. If a person is not healthy in neither one of these areas, all of them will become unhealthy. One are keeps the other one healthy like a chain, and if one of those chains are broken, the entire chain will fall apart. And when you are not healthy in any of these you intelligence and capacity will fail even if you are healthy in all areas but one. For example if you have problems at school/home you won't be mentally and emotionally healthy and that will cause you to either become sleepless or not to eat which leads to headaches, and if you have to present for example an IDP with you pretty much feeling dead then you will not peak. I learned from this quote that to keep healthy you must exercise and if people are stressing you out found a healthy way to let your frustration out.
