 I agree with Joseph because if you want to be great at a certain thing you must be kind. You can't be great without kindness because 1) People will see as a cocky person and 2) Without kindness you won't get very far. Others who have made it to great lengths have had someone be kind to them and motivate them so they were taught the same, to be kind. In my older sister's case her kindness got her a great job where her great mind fits perfectly. My mom has a really close family friend that we see as an uncle and his daughter ran away more than once and my older sister would go find her and chase her till she caught her and returned her to their parents. When she was applying for jobs she couldn't find the right one for her so This family friend talked to one of his known people and asked if she had job openings. my sister then went for an interview and got a job and its a good paying job. Her kindness helped someone and this person felt it in his heart to repay her by helping her get a job. So this showed me that kindness will get you far.
