Social Worker

Duties and Responsibilities: Social workers help people who have challenges in their life. A social worker can work at a clinic, offices or school. They help the community by helping patient or families who have gone through a big change. They help find resources and check up on them to see if there is progress. Many times they are the ones who have to take action when a child is being abused. They usually come in to check on them and if they see something is wrong they help send the child to a healthy family. 

Salary: $47,980 per year

Education: Bachelor's or Mater's degree in social work

Reflection: No I would not like to be a social worker. I mean the career seems interesting but I don't think I would be mentally prepared to see and hear things. It seems like a very difficult job because yes you are helping the community but the thing is that you must gain your client's trust and that can be very difficult.
